Stationary DeMARCO® Bottom-Dump Hopper Vacuums are built for ultra heavy-duty use inside or outside your facility. This design allows for batch or continuous dumping while maintaining hands-free filter cleaning for 24/7 operation. Efficiently collect any material with a DeMARCO® Industrial Vacuum ranging from 15 HP to 250 HP. Easily handles the heaviest, most abrasive materials to the finest of powders, without interruption.

Every DeMARCO® Vacuum is equipped with our custom high-performance automatic pulse-jet DeMARCO® MAXcartidge™ Filter cleaning feature. DeMARCO® does NOT use sub-standard outdated bag filter technology. These bags will move and shift when they are either pulsed or manually shaken, resulting in wear-down and limited filter life. Exclusive DeMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters not only outperform bag filter life, but they require a fraction of the space needed by competitor bag filters. This allows for quick and fewer filter changes while maintaining an overall smaller DeMARCO® Vacuum profile.

The material collection Bottom-Dump Hopper storage sizes are available from 1+ yard, or as required. Choose from a large selection of dump gates including counter weighted, automatic gates, continuous rotary air-lock valves, or manual butterfly valves. DeMARCO® engineers carefully review every application so that you will get the most efficient and longest lasting dump gate for your material processing needs.

Stationary DeMARCO® Vacuums may also be connected to a central manifold system with multiple pick-up point connections.
